We have over 24 floor plans for you to choose from and we will be glad to help you with any custom designs you may want. You will receive the award winning customer service with your new home.

First: You and your sales professional will pick out the home plan best suited for you and the features you want.

Second: You will apply for a loan pre-approval and receive a construction/perm approval letter.

Third: An appointment will be scheduled with you and our site evaluator to assess your land and to see what preparations are needed to make it ready for the construction of your new home.

Fourth: A cost estimate will be prepared to determine the cost of the home and lot preparation. From this, the construction price will be determined. You will then make your final selection of options and your color selections. With this information the final price will be determined and the contract finalized.

Fifth: You will close on the construction loan and construction will begin on your new home.

Sixth: Our construction professionals will construct your home to the same level of quality and attention to detail that has become the Magnolia Homes industry leading Standard.

Seventh: You will schedule a new home orientation and the final walk through. Our construction staff will go over the features of your new home.

Eighth: You will close the loan and then move into your beatiful, brand-new Magnolia Home!

Will Magnolia Homes tear down any existing home structures?
No, the land must be clear of any building, structures, old wells, etc.

Will Magnolia Homes put in the well and septic if needed?
Yes, we can add that to the construction process, if you wish.

What about a swimming pool?
Swimming pools, spas, may be added to your contract when using Magnolia Homes subcontractor suppliers.

What about fencing?
We can include the fencing in the final contract price, if you wish.

Can I do any of the construction myself?
No, all construction will be performed by Magnolia Homes sub contractors.

Can I supply any of my own materials?
No, we must keep control over our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that our strict quality control and timely deliveries are adhered to.

Can I landscape the home and put in the sprinkler systems?
Depending on the final inspection requirements for the jurisdiction that the home is built in, you might be able to, but only after the final loan is closed.
